Virtual coins only

DragonDrop is a demo. Balances are virtual coins shown in euros: they cost nothing, have no cash value and can't be withdrawn. Opening cases still works like gambling: every result is random, and over many openings paid cases return about 90 % of what goes in. Treat it as entertainment, never as a way to make money.

Warning signs

  • You spend more time or money than you planned.
  • You chase losses, or open “one more” case to win back what's gone.
  • You borrow money, sell things or hide your play from people close to you.
  • You feel restless or irritable when you can't play.
  • Playing gets in the way of school, work, sleep or relationships.

Staying in control

  • Decide on a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach it.
  • Take regular breaks, and walk away after a big win or a big loss.
  • Don't play to escape stress, boredom or a low mood, or after drinking.

Take a break or close your account

You can stop at any time. To close your account and delete its data, write to us via Contact. To block case-opening sites on your devices, see Parental control. If DragonDrop ever offers real-money play, it will be licensed and will include deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, as licences require.

Free, confidential help

Outside the UK, your doctor or national health service can point you to a local gambling helpline.

Adults only

DragonDrop is for people aged 18 and over. See Parental control for how to block the site and how to report a minor.
