Nothing to refund in the demo
The demo has no purchases: top-ups are free virtual coins, so there is no payment to refund. Coins, gems and items have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
Results are final
Cases opened, battles played, contracts signed and exchanges made can't be undone. Items you sell back are credited at their stored value and can't be bought back at that price.
Technical errors
If something went wrong — for example coins were taken but no item appeared — write to us via Contact with the time and the case or battle. We check the server records and correct the balance or items when the error is confirmed.
After a real-money launch
Refund rules for payments will be set out here in line with the licence and consumer law before any real money is accepted.
