1. The service
DragonDrop is a demonstration of a CS2 case-opening platform. It lets you open virtual cases, play case battles, sign trade-up contracts and exchange virtual items using virtual coins. The operator's company details will be published here before any public launch.
By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms, the Privacy policy and the Promotion rules.
2. Who can use DragonDrop
- You must be at least 18 years old. We close accounts that belong to minors.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
3. Virtual coins
- Coins are a virtual unit with no cash value. They cannot be bought with real money, withdrawn, transferred to other players or exchanged for money, real skins or anything else outside the site.
- Top-ups in the demo are free. Balances, items and progress may be reset while the project is in development.
- Gems are an event currency earned by spending coins; they have no value either.
4. Virtual items
- Items on DragonDrop are virtual representations of CS2 skins. They are not Steam items and cannot be withdrawn to Steam or any other platform.
- An item's value comes from a market price snapshot and is fixed at the moment you receive it. You can sell items back for coins at that value, or use them in contracts and the exchanger.
- Skin names and images belong to Valve Corporation. DragonDrop is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve.
5. Results and fairness
- Case, battle and contract results are generated on the server from seeds you can verify on the Provably fair page. Results are final once shown.
- The expected value and payback of every case are published on the Transparency page. Over time you are expected to receive less than you spend.
- If a technical error credits or debits something it shouldn't, we may correct the balance or items concerned.
6. Not allowed
- Using bots, scripts or automation, or exploiting bugs instead of reporting them through the bug bounty.
- Creating several accounts to collect promotions or referral rewards.
- Harassing other players, or posting unlawful or abusive content in reviews.
- Any attempt to access other players' accounts or data, or to disrupt the service.
7. Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time via Contact. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; rewards obtained by abuse are void.
8. Liability
The demo is provided as is, without warranty. Because coins and items have no monetary value, no claim for money can arise from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. Questions: Contact.
